The Biography of Michael Discioarro, Esq. Senior Counsel
Mr. Discioarro concentrates in criminal litigation and family law. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City. A graduate of Rutgers Law School, he is fluent in Italian and Spanish. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Discioarro has taught criminal law at John Jay College and Hunter College and continues to educate fellow attorneys through professional legal education programs. He has authored a book in family law and is a go-to lawyer in Article 10 proceedings involving allegations of neglect.
