Latriece is a versatile attorney with extensive experience in family law, housing law, and estate planning. She previously served as a Staff Attorney at the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society, handling family court matters, including custody, visitation, family offense, and child support cases. Before her time at the Legal Aid Society, Latriece worked as a Housing Attorney at the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation, advocating for disabled and elderly clients seeking state benefits and assisting them in navigating housing disputes. Latriece was admitted to practice in the State of New York in April 2023. Latriece is also licensed to practice in Jamaica and was admitted to their Bar in 2015. 

Latriece earned her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities (Honors) from the University of the West Indies. Latriece’s legal career began as an Attorney at Townsend, Whyte and Porter in Kingston, Jamaica, where she managed criminal, property, and personal injury cases. She then returned to New York to continue her judicial pursuits.
