Kenneth Brown is a seasoned attorney with over 35 years of experience in Federal Government, major law firm litigation, trials and appeals.
Mr. Brown graduated with honors from Tufts University and Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
Mr. Brown began his career with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. as a trial attorney and has held litigation and trial attorney positions at Rosenman & Colin, Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, LLP, Malapero Prisco & Klauber LLP and Goldberg Weprin LLP in multiple areas of law including civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, land-use and environmental litigation, title insurance claims defense litigation, construction litigation, civil rights litigation, municipal law and tax certiorari proceedings.
Mr. Brown has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and has been commended by the bench in trial decisions for his legal work.
Mr. Brown joins the Law Offices of Michael J. Alber as lead counsel in the Commercial and Complex Litigation groups.
